The size, depth, and comfort are next-level. It is deep-set and so cozy, while also able to fit a lot of people.
Delivery was fast, easy, and convenient. White glove delivery is a game-changer.

Cons:

Investment purchase. It’s certainly not cheap, but I think the quality speaks for itself and it will last forever.
The pillows do deflate a bit after use, so you need to fluff it up regularly.
The sofa felt a bit stiff when it first arrived, but it’s softened up over time.
